Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the PARAOM website and how we engage at a high level. Final commercial terms are defined in a written SOW and contract.
Website usage
By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse engineer any part of the site.
No professional advice

Engagement terms
Commercial engagements typically operate under a written Statement of Work (SOW) and contract terms including scope boundaries, milestones, acceptance criteria, payment terms, and change control.
Confidentiality
We can execute under NDA. If you share confidential information before a signed NDA, you do so at your discretion. We recommend sharing high-level scope first and signing NDA for sensitive details.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, deliverables and IP ownership are governed by the contract/SOW for the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PARAOM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability terms are defined in the contract/SOW.
Third-party services
Our systems may integrate third-party services (hosting, analytics, payments, communication). We are not responsible for third-party downtime or policy changes.
Termination
We may suspend access to the website for security or misuse. Contracted engagements define termination terms separately.
Governing law
Unless otherwise specified in a written contract, these website terms are governed by applicable laws in India.
